At the invitation of Malta Institute of Professional Photography and Austrian Ministry for Education, Arts and Culture, a 6-member delegation of CFLAC headed by Qin Zhigang, vice president of CFLAC, visited Malta and Austria from June 4 till 13. The delegation attended the opening ceremony of 2011 Chinese Fashion Showcase Vienna sponsored by CFLAC in Austria. During the visit, the delegation also had broad discussions on bilateral cultural exchange with cultural organizations of Malta and Austria and reached consensus, all of which achieved the goal of promoting understanding, deepening cooperation and strengthening friendship.
