From May 17 to 25, Guo Gang, vice-president of China Quyi Association and honorary president of Ningxia Federation of Literary and Art Circles, led a 22-member art troupe to Paris in France,where, together with Chinese Cultural Center in Paris, held the 2nd Paris Chinese Quyi Festival under the theme of Expressions of North China.
