In order to promote Chinese fine arts to “go global” and strengthen the dynamic study of contemporary foreign fine arts and guarantee the scientific development of Beijing International Art Biennial, China Artists Association launched 2011 oversea study program for the middle-aged and youth Chinese artists. After two rounds of serious screening, 10 outstanding artists were selected across China as the third round of students of oversea study. Until the end of July, 5 students had been to overseas to carry out the research.
