From January 22 till 27, a 5-people delegation headed by Lemi Bilgin, artistic supervisor of Turkish National Theatre, paid a visit to China. During the visit, the delegation visited Chinese counterparts of theatre such as China National Theatre for Children, and conducted in-depth discussion concerning exchange and cooperation between theatres and theatres for children of the two countries with Chinese side, with initial intent of cooperation accomplished. Established in 1949, Turkish National Theatre is the largest professional theatre organization in Europe aiming at promoting international exchange of Turkish culture with the bridge of Turkish theatre culture.
