From August 2 till 6, at the invitation of China Calligraphers Association, headed the 29th Japan-China Friendship Boys and Girls Calligraphy Exchange Delegation consisting of 53 people to visit China for exchange. During their stay in Beijing, Chinese and Japanese Youth Calligraphy Exchange was held where respective 14 pupils from both countries made improvised calligraphic creations for learning from each other. Besides, both parties held a meeting concerning the continuance of this event and consensus was finally reached.
