From December 19 till 21, China TV Artists Association (CTAA) joined Chinese Radio and TV Program Production Alliance and Chongqing Radio and TV Group (Headquarters) in sponsoring the 2nd TV Art Festival Across the Straits, where observation, exchange and discussion concerning the excellent documentary production across the Straits were held.
