From October 29 till November 6, at the invitation of China Musicians Association, a delegation headed by Madame Marlene Le Roux, chair of the Youth Culture and Arts Development in Western Cape Province and director of Artscape Theatre of Cape Town, visited China, which mainly involved attending the Chinese national music competition and award ceremony of Golden Bell Awards in Wuxi Jiangsu Province and music exchange.
